How we store your personal information
We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or exposure. We require all our employees & contractors to maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
Our internal systems complies with all GDPR and adheres to SOC 2, SOC 3, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and ISO/IEC 27001:2013. In addition, all information is encrypted via secure HTTPS connections and is backed up daily through Amazon Web Services.
Access to electronically stored information is restricted to authorised representatives. Our computer systems are password protected. We destroy or remove identifying information when your personal information is no longer needed.

We may change this privacy policy to comply with new laws or practices or to include new products or services.

We store and use your personal information collected at open inspections for security purposes on behalf of our clients. We will also use your information to contact you regarding the inspected property, other properties, products, and services we believe may interest you, and for customer feedback on our services.
